When a call is answered the system can provide information about the call without the caller hearing.
An example of use would be where a caller is able to select to talk to a sales, support or accounts department.
When the call is accepted by the user who handles any of these calls, the ComPBX whispers the callers selection to the user before passing the call, for instance “Sales call”. The caller does not hear the whispered statement. The user is then better prepared knowing the reason for the call.
